You agree that your continued use of our Services after such changes have been published to our Services will constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms. These Terms contain the entire understanding of the parties on the subject matter hereof.
In order to use some of our Services, you may be required to register with MTE. You must provide all information as requested by MTE in the registration process, and you represent and warrant that all such information shall be accurate and complete, and that you shall keep such information up-to-date.
You are the sole and exclusive guardian of any password and ID combination issued or chosen by to you, and you are responsible to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Password(s) and ID(s) is solely. You are fully responsible for all transactions undertaken by means of any account opened, held, accessed or used via your password and ID. You shall notify us immediately and confirm in writing any unauthorized use of accounts or any breach of security, including without limitation any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password(s), and/or ID(s) or any related account.
LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
Some of our Services require or include downloadable software. Such software periodically communicates with our servers, and may update automatically or upon prior notice to you, once a new version or feature is available, and may occur all at once or over multiple sessions. In addition, some Services may adjust your settings, as further detailed herein.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MTE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license, to access, download and install the most current generally available version of the software (including all updates thereto) solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by MTE, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using our Services.
Except as may be expressly permitted by applicable law, or as MTE may authorize expressly in writing, you will not, and will not permit anyone else to: (i) reproduce, modify, translate, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works of any of our Services; (ii) store, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any of the information; audio, visual, and audiovisual works, or other content made available on our Services (collectively, “Service Content“) or compile or collect any Service Content as part of a database or other work; (iii) use any automated tool (e.g., robots, spiders) to access or use our Services or to store, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any Service Content; (iv) rent, lease, or sublicense your access to our Services to another person; (v) use any Services or Service Content for any purpose except for your own internal use; (vi) circumvent or disable any digital rights management, usage rules, or other security features of our Services; (vii) use our Services in a manner that overburdens, or that threatens the integrity, performance, or availability of, our Services; or (viii) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on any portion of our Services or any Service Content.
You may not install the software and use the Services in any computer or device without permission from the owner of that computer or device. You may not interfere with the Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface we provide according to our instructions. You may not use any content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or as otherwise permitted by law. You are strictly forbidden from removing, obscuring, or altering any legal notices displayed in connection with the Services.
BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT MTE MAY PERFORM THE ACTIONS ENUMERATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.
You can easily uninstall the software by either: (1) following the steps described in Windows Add/Remove programs dialog found in the control panel, or (2) following the steps described by clicking on the “Uninstall” button within the relevant Service.
MODIFICATION, DISCONTINANCE AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of our Services without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of all or any portion of our Services. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post, or remove any material that you post or submit for posting, and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
MTE shall have all right, title and interest in the MTE software and Services. MTE does not request your feedback regarding the MTE software and the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you provide MTE with any feedback regarding the MTE software and the Services, MTE may use all such feedback without restriction and shall not be subject to any non-disclosure or non-use obligations in respect of such feedback. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to provide you any rights in the MTE software or the Services except the limited license to use the MTE software and receive the Service as expressly set forth herein. No rights or licenses are granted hereunder by estoppel or by implication.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners, including in some instances MTE. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN
Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use the Services, and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us. If you are at least 13 but not yet 18 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review these Terms with you, discuss any questions you might have, and install the software for you. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.
What information we may collect
We do not know your identity or make any efforts to reveal it, however, we may collect personal identifiable information (“PII”), such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number, if you will voluntarily provide us such PII when you engage with the Services. If you choose to submit PII, you acknowledge and agree that we may use that information for general marketing purposes and to communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us, our parent or subsidiary companies.
We also collect non-personally identifiable information (“NPII”), such as the number of page views, link clicks, and login times, for such purposes and according to methods, as further described below.
How We Collect Information. We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your activities when engaging with the Services:
i. Submitted information. We will collect information you voluntarily submit such as your name, email address, or other account or registration information.

iv. Cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your internet enabled device (which include your computer, tablet, or mobile device). Through the use of a cookie, we may automatically collect information about your online activity when engaging with the Services, such as the pages you visit, the links you click, and the actions you take within the Services. Cookies are also used to facilitate website navigation, make sure that you are forwarded to the appropriate website when you click on an ad, and generally improve your web browsing experience. Most systems automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. Information Collected By Third-Parties. We may allow third-parties, including our authorized service providers, parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements or place ad tags or beacons on or via our Services. This information allows them to deliver targeted advertisements and gauge their effectiveness.
Do Not Track Signals. How We Use The Information We Collect.

In the event that MTE is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from you as part of such merger, acquisitions, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your information is treated, transferred, or used.
While we strongly encourage advertising partners, service providers, and partners to adopt responsible approaches online marketing, MTE is not responsible for the information practices of any third party entities referenced in this paragraph, which may use the information we share with the for the same purpose as we use the information, or for their own independent purposes, The collection, use, and disclosure of information by such referenced third parties are subject to their respective privacy policies, which may differ from the privacy terms contained herein. In addition, we may share aggregated information we collect, under any of the above circumstances, with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.
Security and Confidentiality.
We will store your information as long as it is reasonably necessary to attain the mentioned purposes and in accordance with any applicable legal requirement. We implement standard security measures to protect your information and to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the information under our control. Although we routinely evaluate our practices to identify security threats or opportunities for the improvement of our Services, no transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. The Supplementary Services are provided by MTE and third party suppliers who offer content and services in conjunction with or through MTE’s products and services. BY DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE, YOUR DEFAULT SEARCH SETTING(S) SHALL SET TO THE MY TRAVEL EXTESION SEARCH SERVICES (AS CONTEMPLATED BY THE WEBSITE).
You understand that MTE, in its sole discretion, may modify or discontinue or suspend your right to access any of Services at any time. You agree that MTE shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or disabling of the Services.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE SERVICE CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES AND THE SERVICE CONTENT EACH ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services or Service Content will lie in the state and courts located in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Customer hereby consents to, and waives all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non – convenience with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The terms and conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination of these Terms shall survive, including Restrictions, Disclaimer of Warranties, Feedback, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability.
